Wonderful service, cool calm personalised assistance at a stressful time ie moving countries. Can't thank you enough
Everything about Conroys is spot on, Justin came and seen us regarding how much space we need for our furniture which worked out perfect, communication with Janelle was perfect, the boys that came to load up our furniture went hard all day, Henry and Crumbs, could not speak highly enough. Delivery was on time and as we were not there they were very quick. Great company to deal with.
Great Service, great people to deal with, very supporting
The whole team in Conroy are amazing. From the first point of contact (Isabella) to the delivery team office (Glen) to the actual delivery team (Clint, Zach and Kane) are all with high standards.
Isabella kept me informed of the status of our shipment. She understands the date we will have our property and tried her best to get our shipment to pass customs and inspection.
Glen from the delivery office tried his best to allocate the exact delivery date we will have our key to the property to move in.
The 3 men's delivery team is just amazing. To be honest, I was pretty surprised when only 3 men turned up. (in Singapore, there were 6-8). I have to say they are the hardest-working people we have seen in Australia. We have so many boxes, they work hard, work fast and are very careful with our belongings. They only took one short break and get back to work again. Also, they know how to put all the furniture back properly. (we have moved many times, there are workers with very good attitude but don't know how to assemble furnitures in the right way). Three of them work with a very positive attitude and are always happy and cheerful. (BTW, Happy birthday Kane. Only at the end of the day we learned it was Kane's 22nd birthday).
We are very happy with everyone I had contacted in your company. Definitely would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again!
From the super helpful sales and operations staff to the friendly movers, we had a seamless move. Even though several movers were unwell and unable to work on the day of our delivery, Conroys were able to deploy back-up movers to ensure that our goods were delivered on the appointed date. Thank you, Conroys!
