I don't like to leave negative feedback but in this case it is necessary. Paid a premium price for a less than premium service. Customer service very poor. A very simple email request ignored both by NZ office and AUS. Felt like I was dealing with robots. Took over 2 months to deliver 4 medium size packing boxes, which included my Father's ashes, and that's without hold ups from Customs and Quarantine. I would not recommend them and gladly will have no further dealings with them.

The delivery guy's were great. Friendly and very professional. We had a couple of items which were damaged in shipment got in touch Monday but no one has got back to me yet,but overall we would recommend Conroy

Very good and efficient communication. Once the move arrived I met with Chad who in my opinion was one of the best removalists that I have come across. He is a very good Asset to Conroy.

We were extremly happy with the service received in Auckland. Our only criticism would be that we were informed that our contents would be too much for a 20" container. We hence sold many possesions to create space and in the end the container was only 3/4 full. On arrival here we had to pay an additional cost for a shuttle service despite our insistance it was not required. When the delivery arrived, the shuttle was not required after all and a refund was then required.
