Excellent assistance, and great communication
The process of moving from getting a detailed quote through a video call, accepting the quote online, payment, to the actual move was seamless. Justin and Janelle were prompt in responding to my queries and both were very professional and friendly. The 2 guys who did the packing and uplift of our goods in Melbourne worked very efficiently. They were also very careful with our goods and our home. The movers in Adelaide were more relaxed and probably took twice the time to have our goods unloaded and placed in our home but they got the job done. I would highly recommend Conroy Removals and would use them again in our future move.
The service definitely needs improvement. Shipment took around 4 months to arrive- wasn't advised so. One of the boxes came damaged and contents were broken in spite of the FRAGILE sticker at the top of the box. The driver was made aware about it but no action taken from the service people- Unsure if this was even raised.
Communitcation once my freight was in Perth was excellent, the guys that unloaded were lovely, polite and happy guys, thank you.
It did take a little longer to ship my gear than I thought but all in all very good service all round, not one item broken
