Shipment did take longer than expected to arrive however I know this was out of your control and due to shipping line schedules and delays.
Good service and the shipment arrived in perfect conditions. Only one piece was damaged but it's understandable due the travel.
My 11 box's that were supossed to arrive towards the end of Feb and only just came last Friday . It was always me who had to call you to see where my box's were and i always had another excuse why they would be delayed another X weeks. Sorry but it's not good enough for a large company when people are depending on goods arriving to work and personal items such as clothes. ( Massive inconvenience ).

Not happy with this move. I booked this move with Chess removals, at no time did anyone mention that Conroys would take over this move once it arrived in NZ. I would of booked direct with Conroys originally but after a few calls to your Brisbane office I didn't have much confidence with the lady who answered the phone, she didn't seem to have the answers to a lot of my enquiries. Our goods were cleared by customs in NZ on May 31, we still haven't recieved them. I've been told maybe next week ?? Not happy about that. They were uplited from Perth in Feb.
Hard working, respectful boys moved our furniture with great concern for safety and to make sure the furniture is not damaged
I was mist impressed from booking to delivery how professional and friendly the staff and service was. I would definitely use them again
While we did receive all of our belongings- we were assured that our things would not grow mild while in storage. Unfortunately that is not true. Not all but MOST of our item smell and visibly have mold in them including expensive camera equipment, musical instruments, etc. My husband is asthmatic and highly allergic to things like mild- it has been extremely difficult to go through our things. We have had to throw away a lot of our belongings due to mold damage. So disappointed, especially after we paid close to 10,000 Australian Dollars, and was assured our things would not go moldy.
Very efficient and punctual work
We had a great moving experience with Conroy from first contact to uplift, including the survey. The only con was communication between the office and the movers - we had to request a plasma TV box and custom painting crate twice before the uplift and on the day of, both items were still forgotten. The movers however were great, sorted it out with the office at the depot and all was well. Would move with Conroy again!
