Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersOnly because expected delivery was start of April, it has had the date changed to 19th now to 29th, I understand this is cause of the ships but to be unload into Melbourne and still sit in Australia for 3 weeks before being put on another ship to New Zealand, a little annoying, and still haven't received it
Thankyou for such wonderful service which took all the stress out of my international shift from Australia to New Zealand - great removal guys - great communication from management & efficiency every step of the way - very accommodating & understanding when I changed my final drop off address - fantastic service.
The removal guys were very respectful and no extras were to hard for them,,they were cheerful and very upbeat
they made a stressful experience easy and they were very professional.
Excellent service provided. Pick up from Auckland was right on time. Initial dealings with Deborah was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable. Hand over to Rebecca went okay. I was told there could be a delay in my boxes arriving due to shipping delays. My boxes arrived in Brisbane and cleared customs with ease. I had emailed my new Oz mobile number through to Rebecca, but fortunately she didn't update the system. That meant the Brisbane office couldn't reach me. Although I had also given my sister's mobile number. Anyway, eventually Amanda contacted my sister. I was made aware that my boxes had cleared and emails had been sent to me, which I actually hadn't received. I then waited another week for delivery of my boxes. The man who delivered was friendly and kept me informed over the phone. He hit an accident on the highway and was delayed. I am happy my boxes are with me and delivered in excellent condition. Thank you. I will recommend Conroys.
Very happy with service. Phone service was always friendly and professional.
A leg of a bed-side table was smashed off somewhere, sometime in transition. Your guys stuck it together with glue but glue only lasts a certain time and soon the leg will come apart. I have used Conroys before, hence I would recommend Coinroys to other and use them myself. However, we entrust our goods and expect them to arrive in good condition. Regretfully that did not happen this time.
The two men did a great job, no problems at all.
The packaging for my desk was inadequate - it was damaged by lack of protection around the top of the desk unit. The edge was dented. And not your fault, but the plywood top was scored by the Australian Customs/Quaratine cutting through the bubble wrap using a box cutter. At first I thought the to had been split by something heavy on it. But I later realised it was a knife cut.
The experience having the items collected while I was in Australia was appreciative, and the communications during the relocation was very good. Albeit the feedback form arrived in my email before I received the goods!!

The removal people both ends were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Their team work and care about their own occupational health and safety was very good.
Mark and Brian, who came from Sydney delivering our containers were particularly impressive.
They paid attention to not banging into walls and doors as they brought our furniture in and where it went, asked frequently if there was anything else that we needed done.
You have limited options above, i selected no but my answer is maybe, i would consider using you again but would still shop around.
I know that Covid delayed shipping but was still disapponted that it took 3 and 1/2 months verse 2 months as original estimated.
But happy with how it was wrapped and nothing broke. So thank you.
Also impressed could be delivered on a Saturday that was great. 3.5 stars
