I was keep up todate with the progress of the shipment, I knew when it arrived in Australia, and when to expect it at my home.

This is my second time using you for an international move. Everything went smoothly, the only hiccup would be the removal date wasn't communicated to me which meant we missed the day we were supposed to move out of our house.  Everything else was great.

Unfortunately  you have  lost a large wood lathe, i was very disappointed that  you knew it haddent arrived in Melb but didn't tell me until the rest  of my stuff was delivered,  Jon

Conroys have been wonderful with out move. Apart from loosing my fridge door which I havent  had any update on, my fridge is now hopeless

Efficient customer service and good collection and delivery staff. Disappointed though about damaged goods. Our washing machine broke on the trip. Something cracked in the bottom of it. Also a plastic tub of good baking dishes (all in bubble wrap) was completely smashed, like someone took a hammer to them, the tub was smashed too, must have fallen from a height.
