Can't thank the Conroy's team enough, special shout-out to John Rowden (Brisbane Office) & Janelle Maybury (Napier Office), made our move from Melbourne, Oz to Napier, NZ seamless and uncomplicated, very helpful, with 'can do attitudes', great advice and awesome service, all of our queries were responded to in a timeless fashion & nothing was too big or too small for them, you are both a great asset to the company.
We were informed & kept up to date with every aspect of our move.

Moving from Germany with ITO to Australia, I can only say that I am glad that Conroy Removals were available to perform all the relevant activities. Not only were/are Conroy professional and friendly, we really had the feeling that we were being looked after and that our belonings is safe in their hands.
The final stage of the move has yet to be completed as our stuff is in UK storeage until our house purchase is completed.
Parking was an issue but they worked around it an had all offloaded in a couple of hours. Now the real work begins! Looking forward to all the detritus being collected. All part of the deal thank goodness.
We started our move with Anglo Pacific and the experience between the companies could not have been more different. I sought details of our shipping as the intial email received from Conroy showed different details to the confirmation we initially received from Anglo Pacific. I let this pass although annoyed by the lack of coordination and we settled into tracking our shipping ourselves. I then recieved SMS updates on our shipping that were incorrect - listing the original expected date of the ship rather than the actual date it was due to arrive (delayed). My husband and I then felt we had to initiate every contact with your office - chasing for updates often with a delay of a day to return calls or emails. When our shipping did arrive, it took days to get clarity on when the quarantine review was to take place (staff at the depot were ill) and then when it did, we were told that they thought there was a problem, but could not tell us what it was. A couple of days on, and chasing again, we were given the details of the issue and gave instructions for destruction on the items that caused the issue. When we finally got our delivery booked in after another 24 hours, and more than 3 weeks after the arrival of the ship, the delivery did not go as smoothly as it should. It was clear that the delivery team were very keen to complete the drop off as quickly as possible and we found one of your staff in particularly condescending and difficult to deal with. As you are aware, moving is a considerably stressful human event, in particular when it involves being transported across the world, unfortunately our negative experiences towards the end cotributed to this stress and could have been avoided.
