My shipment eventually arrived so there's the upside, and I must say the Brisbane operations folks were all EXCELLENT but communications (email reply responses, timeliness, etc.) out of the Sydney office was poor. Management could gain much by improving this aspect in what seems to be an otherwise reputable shipper.

It took 11 weeks for me to receive my goods and I didn't receive a reply to one of the emails I sent which was unprofessional, not replying. As you are aware, I have used Conroys on several occasions* as well as worked for the company for several years) and felt the communication this time, was lacking terribly., especially from the Brisbane end.
Very efficient and hassle free. This is the second time we have used Conroy and would happily do so again.
