Damaged goods, lost items, poor/no communication, rough handling on delivery, multiple cancelled deliveries, disorganised dispatch, items left behind in country of origin. The worest shipping experience we have ever had and we have had lots of moving experiences.

Conroy Service has been excellent from Perth to NZ but the service from NZ has been a worry with a total of 14 boxes missing including a SurfSki. Hopefully they will turn up as the Inventory was 305 and 291 crossed off so far. The problem started at Quarantine so waiting for it to be sorted. Also goods arrived on the 8th Jan but not unloaded until 23rd Jan. Having a back up plan is a good idea re accommodation in case you are in your home with no beds etc. However I would recommend Conroys as some things are beyond their control.

Fantastic job thank you. It was reassuring to have propt replies of what to do when dealing with Australian customs and other relocation issues. Everything arrived with minimal damage.

Excellent service. From our first point of contact in Townsville to delivery driver in Westport, all staff great to deal with.
Emails kept us informed on progress from pick up ,customs clearance ,unloading,quarantine check right through to the delivery driver calling with ETA.
Packing was very good and everything delivered in good order.
I have used other Removal companies in the past but found Conroys so proffesional and miles ahead of what I have experianced in the past.

I am somewhat happy about the service..
I was given a quote for 20 boxes, 2 suitcases and a dryer for $1200, however over alot of confusion with all the other HIGH quotes I received L, after that initial quote, I ended up being charged the same price for 14 boxes and 2 suitcases.. RIP OFF!!
I should have/ could have sent all my household goods over as I had another 6 boxes I could have added on..
All in all, it arrived at the destination safely yet some of the boxes were damaged and yet to see if some of the items were damaged also, but they made it to the location safely.. so Thank you, I do appreciate your services and will be happy to use it once again..

Everything went smoothly and your guys at both ends were fabulous. I would definately use Conroy Removals again. However, can I suggest you don't use those blue sticky labels. They're really hard to get off and has left marks on some items. The sticky back is too strong, perhaps tie on tags or something with not so much glue. Thank you.
I really enjoyed working with Conroy. The services were competent and things went smoothly. I'm rating four star because sometimes I would email and they would go nowhere, and I would oftentimes have to follow up on things (changing delivery address, scheduling pickup, etc.). The fact of the matter is, there were too many people working on my file so when I would email it would just get tossed around. Furthermore, when packing photo frames which have a glass cover, please be sure these are protected. While unpacking I found that there were two glass photo frames which were cracked. As it's not enough money for the insurance excess, I can't make a claim and will have to go get these fixed at a frame shop.
