2 Star Delivery
Up until delivery, the service was excellent. The interactions on the Japan side were great and updates from from Conroy were timely.
The delivery was generally good, but the fact that I had to ask for the large furniture pieces to be unwrapt and put in place was disappointing as I had been told that this was part of the service. It was good that I did as otherwise, I would have not learned that the furniture had been place upside down. One silver handle was broken and a draw chipped.
I asked the delivery person if they would look through the boxes and wrapping and look for the handle just in case, but they have not gotten back to me.
Had it not been for the behaviour of the delivery people, I would have rated the experience a 4.

My boxes arrived and 2 out of 6 were very damaged. It's clear that they had been stacked and crushed. One box was significantly torn open and a patch job attempted by TNT. Not sure at what point of the journey TNT was involved moving from England to Australia. Fortunately only 2 glass picture frames were smashed. However the state of boxes suggest that not much care is taken in handling them.

Asked for Legal Documents
I asked for the legal documents completed for the quaranting service after payments and never received it. No I would not recommend a service that does not provide what the customer asked for.

Done on Time
Everything was done on time as per your emails. Very efficient I was kept informed at all stages.
All Items Intact
I had a delivery from Italy where eveything was broken. Apperently you guys didn't deliver this one and the one you did deliver was all intact and seems to be fine. I would have liked to have known when it was going to be delivered as it came earlier than expected but luckily there was some one here to recieve it so all good.

Damage to My Goods
Im not sure whether i would use you again or not. I thought that staff were great, but damage to my goods because of negligent packing was really disappointing. I would also like to know what to do with all the packing boxes....I thought everything was supposed to be taken. I would appreciate someone calling me to discuss, thanks
Exceptional Service
I had to call in to follow up on the status of our goods a few times but overall the office staff were good. From an operational perspective, Sylvan and the team that delivered our goods were extremely efficient and professional......their service was exceptional!
"very accomodating"
Where most other moving companies were making a fuss about the move of two items to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Conroy/Karen was very accomodating. Both on the Australian side as well as here in Malaysia I only encountered professionalism, friendliness and a supportive attitude.
Clear & Regular Information Flow
Great service - the company was linked with ReloUK in the UK. The service of both companies was first rate. Information flow was very clear and regular to advise the stage our goods were at. Removalists were friendly efficient and did a great job - no breakages what so ever - couldnt rate the service high enough. There were alot of bad press about many of the removalist companies and we are very glad we went with this pair. Much of the bad press is about the delays involved but this is all our of their hands and peiople need to realise that it takes about 4 weeks from landing before you get your goods. Constant emails kept us advised of the process. Very happy
My only complaint is the time it took for my goods to arrive in Australia Some 4 and a half months !!! I can only presume that it was because it was a small shipment and had to wait to fill a container
