Everything  took far longer than it should have & most of the communication had to be initiated by us. Very disappointed

Feedback regarding our freight shipment that arrived on Tuesday.  All freight is accounted for but I have a problem with one of the LP cases.  Both came packed in cardboard boxes with extra paper.  There are no signs of damage to boxes but when i pull both cases out and put next to each other you can see there is a difference in height.  When I turned one upside down you can see the damage on one case where all four legs have been pushed up inside case.

Great door to door service. The office staff and removals staff were very friendly and helpful.

To whom it may concern. I found the old guy with grey hair. Apparently, he was their boss, not that friendly he had no people skills. However, the young guy's with the tattoos over his body was a fantastic removal he was very fast and loved his smile. As for the third person was bit clumsy but happy personality. You need to teach those too old people how to put furniture inside the house because if I didn't show them how to put my couch inside, they wouldn't find out how to put my couch inside the house. If I had to use removals again, I will still choose you people but not this to old Men, unfortunately, perhaps if you teach them how to play puzzles hope they will learn them better how to fit furniture inside the house.
