"everything was well packed"
Packing - 2 out of the 3 packers were excellent, everything was well packed, would have preferred there to be more information on the inventory in order to find items on arrival, it would also have made more sense to pack and label each room as some boxes have contained items from multiple rooms. Communication- great communication in both countries

Amazing service from the moment the company( Anglo Pacific) in the UK handed over to you guys. Updated regularly ( which didn't happen from anglo, ) if we could have used you guys from start ( in UK ) to finish ( Brisbane) we would of . Will and Pete the guys who delivered our things where lovely . I forgot to give them the beers I had cold in the fridge for them

I have already given feedback to the New Zealand branch (excellent) but just to add that the guys onloading the container in Australia were friendly and helpful, which completed a great experience with Conroy's

Absolutely outstanding service. Nothing to improve you have been amazong always a step ahead. Tge best thing was to be kept updated every step of the way. And your delivery crew was fantastic as well. Keep up the good work.

"best experience with a company I have had - ever"
This was the best experience with a company I have had - ever. I work in customer service and was still blown away by the friendly staff, the excellent & ongoing communication - nothing was a problem. The packers were awesome - such a great bunch of guys. I can't speak highly enough about everyone in this team.

Very Poor Experience
I had a very poor experience with Conroy Removals. To start, the movers were late in arriving - this would not normally be a big problem, but we had 3 separate pick-up points with the eventual destination 3 hours out of Sydney, and I was driving to each of these places with the movers, and then turning around to drive the 3 hours back. By being late, this put the entire schedule out. While I understand that delays do happen, I found the Conroy team less than totally honest - they rang me to say they were late as "it has been one of those mornings". Later, the same person let slip that the van was actually late because they were picking up another customer's item(s) - why this was not disclosed to me at the time so I could plan accordingly, I do not know! We then went and did the first 2 pickups, and I left for the 3rd pickup 2.5 hours' drive out of Sydney with the movers right behind me. I arrived at 12:30 and then waited for over an hour for them. When I rang Conroy, I was told that they were slower than me because they were in a van travelling at 97 km/h not a car. I called back at 1:45 and was told that they would not be long, but were finishing up another delivery "on the way". Actually where they went was not on the way at all, but required a detour of around 1 hour's round trip and - again - I was not given the real story upfront. If I knew that was what they were doing, I would not have sat and waited for almost 90 mins but would have continued onto the final destination where I had loads to do. When I asked for an updated arrival time, the person in the office said to me that "he was having a bad day" and rang off. Shortly afterwards, I was contacted by a manager who apologised, but also did not come clean with me about what had been booked (saying that it was all news to him) - given the VERY high cost of my move, I would expect that any additional pickups and dropoffs would either be with my prior consent, or would be done after my work was completed, rather than me waiting for them to complete another job on the way. Finally, the movers picked up our 3rd set of items - we asked them to phone when they reached a particular location, which they did not do; they then called me and said they were at the destination but they were not there (I was). I waited there for another 30 mins before calling them back to find out where they were, and they said they were "waiting in the street". So overall - I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied - they wasted over 2 hours of my time, which meant I was driving 3 hours back to Sydney in peak hour traffic; they were not honest with me about the arrangements; and they repeatedly tried to fob me off with platitudes about traffic; driving speeds; bad days etc. And this was in the context of a very expensive move

Very quick and careful with furniture. Would not hesitate to use again.
"Service was great"
Service was great. I doubt it was your fault, however my bike was badly damaged. It appears something heavy was stacked on top of it. The steel fork has been bent and needs replacing. I'd imagine this happens on the ship.
Overall the whole shippment process for me was a good one. I would definitely recomend to others.
