The three gentlemen were prompt, courteous, and expedient. They handled the delicate boxes carefully, and put up with our occasional lack of direction. They did a great job navigating through tight corridors with a baby running around them too

A couple of boxes arrived damaged. This should have been communicated to me when first found in that state. This leads me to believe it happened in the transport from Brisbane to my residence. 

The delivery was punctual. The guys helpful. Top job. Ta.

I called several removal firms and was lucky enough to be put through to John at Conroys.  He explained everything and made it all sound so easy and I decided I would go with Conroys.  Throughout the time leading up to the move he stayed in touch and solved any concerns that I had. I was so impressed with the customer contact that Conroys has, ever step of the way I was informed about my shipment. 10 of of 10 Conroys for your systems you have in place, it helps to make your customers feel confident and at ease about the move.

The only improvement you could have made as far as my move went was, some of my furniture needed another layer of bubble wrap on the corners as on a  few pieces the bubble wrap was worn through and the furniture slightly damaged.
