I am now in France and waiting for the arrival of my shipment. I now find that the documentation you requested is different to the documentation that I now have to supply. It would be so much easier if you could coordinate with your French associates so that the information is consistent and forms required made available from the outset.

Initially I was very disappointed with packing and handling in Australia. However after I addressed this with the company everything was very well handled from this point on. Everything arrived safe and 2-4wks sooner than expected. I was appreciative did this.

We're very disappointed at the damage to our goods due to negligent handling. No care was given to boxes marked fragile some coming off upside down with some items smashed as a result. Two garden stands and urns were broken despite requests at loading to handle a them with extra care as they were extremely expensive. We discussed these concerns with your Brisbane office Amu

"Excellent communication"
Excellent communication prior to delivery and the two men who delivered our goods were polite, friendly, fast and very efficient.

Was dissapointed with damages. And to find our container had been broken into with several items missing. I am an ex Conroy's Napier employee I have always pushed Conroy's to family and friends. I have ticked yes through loyalty after working for David, and him having been an excellent boss

The whole process was good and we r satisfied. As we are moving to our own home within 6 month, we did not opened all the boxes. Frlme the few boxes we opened, tbere was one dressing table glass was clmpletely brocken and a part of drawing room table was a bit damaged. The rest of the psckages seems to be all right. The delevery team were very efficient and customer friendly.

Web site states a service quality target that hardy follow; for example, no update on the shipment progress till you chase up.
Removal staff at site are friendly and helpful.

Really excellent service from quoting to final delivery. Updates by e-mail that enabled me to enjoyed checking out progress of the container ship half way around the world. The service renewed my faith in removers which had been severely dented by one of their compeditors (Pickfords, UK). All items well packed and arrived undamaged. Thanks from us both. Bob & Pam.
Overall the move went ok but I don't know why the two men decided to have a break in the cabin of the truck after just 50 mins of work with still things left to move.
My perfectly good fridge freezer no longer works and I wasn't aware that I would be charged depot to depot adding an extra hour @ $135.
Will not be recommending this service to anyone.
