"exceptional in guiding us through"
Janelle and her team in Melbourne were exceptional in guiding us through stuff we knew nothing about to transfer our household belongings from Melbourne to Nelson NZ. And then Duncan and Timothy greeted us in Nelson, a special thank you to these guys who were so professional interacting with us? and all the others behind the scenes who made the service Conroy offered exceptional, thank you!

I m still waiting for the delivery. It was set for 7/02. On my the morning of delivery I got a phone call saying no truck was coming to New Plymouth. Arrangements were made for a delivery on 8/02 between 5 & 6pm. I'm still waiting for the delivery. Lack of communication is appalling.

"good experience"
Our furniture has been in storage with Conroy for 18 months. It was delivered to our new home exactly when we requested by a couple of very personable guys who seemed to be enjoying the work - even on a stinking hot day. Everyting was placed where we wanted, and most importantly there were no breakages or storage damage. All in all, a good experience and we would recommend without hesitation to anyone.

"fantastic at packing & unpacking"
Both teams in Napier & Brisbane were fantastic at packing & unpacking and we were very happy with the service. My only complaint is the storage fee. We were told by the person who came to measure & quote that our stuff could be held for 10 days without requiring storage however as soon as it cleared customs we were invoiced - we would have liked to be fully informed earlier & we would have arranged delivery earlier.
Was a stressful process having to deal with Conroy let alone the fact my ute was not looked after had bent the rear tail gate, broken cup holders scratches on paint of the bonnet, and also the headunit was locked out and now they are placing blame on me when I go to claim insurance! Let alone all the extra work I have to do for them to get a claim!! I'm fuming and will be seeking legal advice if the issues are not resolved
