"Very efficient"
"went way beyond the call of duty"
1: The two men were most polite and most helpful.
2: They went way beyond the call of duty when it was discovered that I made a mistake in thinking that the goods would fit into my one bedroom apartment. Having brought all the boxes up to the first level, they kindly agreed to back boxes that just would not have fitted into my new home. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness.

"Dreadful experience"
Dreadful experience, large item missing, poor response from customer service, goods not unpacked and boxes and packaging not removed as per the contract. Wish I had spent the extra and gone with Crown.

The only complaint we have is the delay from New Zealand to Perth, our goods were packed on the 24th August. We were advised that it would take around 8weeks to arrive, we do realise it was only a partial container but I think we should have been advised that the time frame would be a lot longer, otherwise we were very happy with all other aspects of our dealings with Conroys and will be happy to use your services again. "delays were caused by Conroy"
Conroy removals was a fine contact for the Sydney portion of our move. However when the quarantine inspection was schedule it had to be rescheduled 2 days later than planned since Conroy "could not find 3 boxes" that were to be inspected. Those delays were caused by Conroy so it was really dissappointing to be further pushed back on delivery due to that.

Was told my goods will take 6 weeks to get to Perth but alas they were picked mid September and got the goods on the first week of December and that's 11 weeks and on delivery 4 boxes were missing and my wife was made to sign without both parties counting the boxes and on following up the boxes somehow were left at the warehouse and had to be delivered the day after! Your guys insisted they delivered all only to find them at the warehouse.
