Several items broken including photo frames, family heirloom bowl and trophy. All not replaceable :( 

Shipping was at least a month late then a muck around about timing on the day too. Maybe that couldn't have been helped but more care with my things could have.

Everyone of the staff from rep to office coordinator to packers to unpacked. What a great bunch of people. Nothing was too hard and everything went smoothly. Thanks again.

The process was very efficient and the Conroy team at Auckland & Melbourne were very helpful in guiding us through the process. We revised our list of items multiple times and got revised quotes per our needs. We were lucky that the transportation only took 6-7 weeks and got our goods right before Christmas.
