I understand different people will load versus unload however the guys that loaded my goods at 36 hockings street were head and shoulders above the team that unloaded. lots of complaints and a bit a swearing and just a bad attitude in general.

bad feed back because of the poor quality of the packing. Our clothes are all completly creased, we can't wear it without a dry-cleaning for many of them. It was not at all the case when our stuff arrived from France to Australia.

Great comms with Trinity. Help with delivery timing was great as I work away. Only downside is when the delivery company called me the day before they weren't aware of the delivery instructions and on the day they decided not to follow the instructions and deliver through the front entranceway instead. I was asked to pay an additional $40 for the delivery to go through the basement as per my building's delivery protocols but the delivery came through the front and went straight to my storage cupboard on the first floor so I should probably be refunded that $40.

Overall a seamless experience. Moving internationally is daunting, Blue Horizon and Conroy Removals made it stress free and easy. Always did what they promised and all our belongings arrived in the stated time window undamaged. Thanks for a great service!

Excellent service end to end, felt very informed, all comms were replied to quickly and any issues dilligently, can recomend highly enough, awesome job and worked really hard.
