The service is overall very efficient and is very good, although there seems to be a lack of correspondence on Hong Kong side. The boys ( removalists ) on both ends were very kind and looked after every item with care. We are extremely satisfied with your service, even though parts of one piece of furniture are damaged.
We had the best experience from beginning to end! Communication was great with everyone we dealt with. The packing crew was absolutely amazing they listened to every concern we had especially with items that were broken in previous movers. They were a lovely bunch of guys and super efficient! Apart from a couple of minor scratches we had absolutely ZERO breakages and after moving quite a few times both interstate and internationaly this was the best experience we have had.
We would 100% use Conroys again and recommend to everyone.

Our thanks go out to Conroy Removast for their prompt delivery . We were more than pleased in the way the two removalsits, Nick and Shane ? went about their task, which wasn't so easy as our house is two storey and the second floor was a little tricky to maneuver some of our furniture up the flight of stairs. They were totally professional and went above and beyond to make the whole transition a pleasing event. Once again thanks very much for a job well done.
