I was home during the uplift and Chris kept me informed during the process
Though the delivery was completed, there was poor communication of dates throughout the process. It was not made clear when our good would be accessible, so we ended up paying $2400 in dead rent while waiting for our goods to arrive. Being more clear from the outset and discussing what dates a pick up should be arranged such that our goods will be accesible when we need them to be would have helped.
Absolutely loved conroy removals! I engaged with them last year in June for my interstate move from Melbourne to Brisbane and the first experience was great! Unfortunately had to make another interstate move from Brisbane back to Melbourne again this year and decided to go with them again; both teams from the brissy and melbs ops were so helpful and accommodating when I said I needed my stuff to arrive on a certain date and they did everything they could to make it happen :)
The arrangements were easy to make and eveything went smoothly. Top service from really nice fellows at both ends. :)
Apparently the shipment arrived at the Wellington depot on 08/02/2022, and were waiting to be unloaded and quarantinechecked. My belongings still have not been delivered, nor have I had any communication since above mentioned date. So I am pretty unhappy to put it politely
Fantastic from beginning to end. Great price for a huge long distance move... Sydney to Magnetic Island, far North Queensland. Not a hitch. All our antiques, treasures and china arrived perfectly and we're both loaded and unloaded with great care. Can't praise you enough . The liaison was also a exceptional .Very happy to be in our new home with our stuff so painlessly.
The two guys who loaded the container were sensational. I can only hope that the rest of my dealings with conroys are just as good
