"delay in the final delivery date"
There was a delay in the final delivery date but it did not impact me very much

Still Not Arrived
My goods have not arrived yet. I was told 5 to 7 weeks, it has now been more than 10
"service was perfect"
No complaints as yet, all our boxes arrived and we are going through everything still but all looks in good order. Conroy service was perfect and we would happily use there services again in the future.

Poor Communication
Service was great from pickup to Melbourne. Emails all the way thru. Never heard from Sydney at all and had to ring twice daily before finally getting Silvan on day 3 to be told I had to pick up. Not until I rang head office and they got back to him did he finally ring and apologise and arrange delivery.
Stress Free Experience
The experience with Conroy was stress free and I was very happy with their service. The team was friendly and professional and I would use them again with no hesitation recommending them to friends.

When moving Internationally it is already stressful enough. I feel that a phone call of introduction rather than emails demanding payment would have been a better approach. I was also surprised to see my things arrive in a different container to that which was shipped. (It was the not being informed, rather than it happening that was surprising.) There was also one piece of furniture that was damaged quite significantly. It seems that no care was taken when it was moved, and no responsibility by your movers either.Finally, while your movers (Will & Pete) were great and fast, the constant whining from Pete about why he chose this job was a bit much.
