- Conroys delivery staff were rude, unhelpful and gave me incorrect information

The only issue was that the uplift from Sydney the drivers were 45 mins later from the window they gave me which meant I was unable to return to work that day. Not a biggy, but a better indication of uplift time would be good.

I am not sure if I would use you again or recommend you - including delays and unanswered emails to my questions as well as a missed delivery day, my new water-proof containers all had damaged handles and one lid was broke. These were all highly-durable containers and only your company would have split the pallet and handled these boxes. I have no idea where in the shipping process this happened, but I had no chance to inspect the contents of my boxes before the deliverymen asked me to sign the form and left. I appreciate the delivery, but am skeptical if this is the best service to use.

Our heirloom items arrived safe and sound and on the day advised by Karen Lindsay. Karen kept us informed every step of the way by email. The delivery guys arrived exactly at the time they said they would-Excellent company to do business with.

The service we received from the Brisbane end was excellent however the service we received from the delivery end in Napier has been terrible! The delivery people feel asleep in their truck during their lunch break and we had to wake them up to get back to work! They had no idea on how to put things back together such as our TV and they damaged some of our furniture whilst unpacking! The insurance process has been terrible! I am still waiting on claim forms to be sent through from 2 weeks ago! No one returns my phone calls so I am constantly having to call back!

We have used Conroys previously with no problems whatsoever however this time I would have to say the service was poor. On the removal day I was given a time of between 12 and 1.30pm. At approx 1.45pm I had to make a call to see where the men were. I was told that they were running late and should be there by 3pm. No prior contact had been made to apologise for them being late. I then had to call again at approx. 3:15pm as they still had not arrived and again no contact had been made with me to apologise or let me know where they were. I was told this time (after making a very sarcastic remark with regards to how long a job should take) that they were in Caboolture and wouldn't be too far away. At approx 3:50pm I once again had to phone and this time I requested to speak with the owner or the manager. I spoke with the Manager and voiced my disappointment. The men turned up at 4pm. I do not blame the removal men as they had a big job prior to ours and should not have been given our job as well. They worked very hard while they were here even though they were exhausted. I blame the company for overloading their workers. The whole experience this time was not enjoyable but stressful to say the least.

Great company very professional from the beginning, furniture packed up in great condition and great price from Perth to NZ. I was kept in loop of where my furniture was and it arrived back quickly. If I ever need to ship again would not hesitate to call Conroys.

Conroy Team, Unfortunately I have had a very negative experience. I have been left with a large number of furniture pieces that are either damaged or totally broken. Measures that could have been taken my your team to mitigate this risk by placing delicate / fragile furniture items in boxes etc or wrapping and taping would have assisted but sadly this did not occur. I received a number of furniture items being placed on a trolley with no protection and with boxes on top of them and I had to be constantly repositioning boxes that were not stacked safely. I would have thought given the value of our contents that more care and attention would have been taken to the transport of our possessions. I am extremely disappointed that our vacuum cleaner was never delivered. in addition we were not given the opportunity to check off boxes when they arrived on the second delivery so there could be other items missing as well but we are not aware of the loss at this point in time. My wife & I now have no vacuum cleaner and have to go through a protracted insurance process plus the time it will take to obtain repair quotations / replacement quotations and everything involved in this process.
