We were pleased that we were continually updated on shipment movement and customs/quarentine ststus. The truck arrived on time and the two staff were approachable and very professional, effectient and polite. They made sure I checked boxes and they carried and trollied boxes very carefully. We have used this sytem before and have one more shipment in the pipeline that I hope runs as smoothly. Thanks. Again the staff who emailed and truck crew were excellent.

Quick and efficient off-loading. Courteous staff. Very helpful with box removals. Kept us well informed of the time of their arrival. No concerns with the process or its management. However 4 items were broken. The only major one was considerable damage to our dining table caused by bad packaging in the UK - not due to Conroys.

Some furniture have been dramatically damaged during shipping.  My home door and floor have also been scratched from here and there when the furniture is moved in.  I look forward to a compensation proposal as soon as possible.

Vicki from the Perth depot is amazing, I have never moved contents overseas before and she made the whole process easy and a lot less stressful. The gentlemen who packed our goods were super friendly and professional. I certianly reccommend Conroy Removals! Thanks team.
