I requested and paid $220.00 for crating, so therefore did not get insurance which would have been about the same cost. This was written on the quote acceptance form R54875 Paintings were not crated and the frame on the painting which we have unpacked has a bad dent on the top. Luckily this cannot be seen when the picture is hang.

Although I had to travel in between the move, Conroy Brisbane staff Claire was very helpful to find out eligibility for Customs process during my absence.
I have not had chance to unpack the contents of the packed items yet, it has been stored at Conroy storage unit in Brisbane and has been shipped to Auckland on my request.
I will update if there are any problems. Cheers
