When items are listed on the quarantine declaration form, these items should be clearly marked and packed separately so that they can be quickly and easily cleared by MPI.
Professional Service
From having met Gary, to dealing with packers to all other Conroy personnel I have had to deal with over the internet thank you very much it has been a very efficient and professional service. Everything has been a dream, even to furniture beating me to NZ. Thanks Guys.

Conroy Was Wonderful
My experience with Conroy was wonderful from the initial call to the pickup.Only complaints on the receiving side (minor)...didn't know we were receiving until I emailed a question and got a call the next day (luckily we didn't have plans).The delivery (not really your problem) should do a bit more diligence on the destination. The truck couldn't navigate into our street. The two guys (William and Jorge) were great in their efforts but to expedite I drove my car to the truck to help transport.Other than that I'm a happy customer.

Customer service was excellent and very professional. Found the person who uplifted the goods to be a little lacking in customer service skills and feel that the packing of the goods could have been to a higher standard. A few things mostly China were broken..
