Kym was super helpful organising our move and made contact with me several times leading up to the date which I appreciated. The removalists themselves were kind and efficient, and there was no damage to any of our items or furniture. Having been cancelled on in the past at the last minute by other companies, I really appreciate how easy this move felt with the help of this company

Great service and price. Everyone from tbe New Zealand and Australia team have been awesome. They made it so easy to process our international move and have been so helpfuly. The pricing from shipping to storage fees have been resonable. Highly recommend using them.

Cheerful and professional movers who took a lot of care in what they did as well as making extra effort to make the delivery as effective as possible. Open and discussing handling of challenging items. In our case (a large table) we got it in the house, but if we had not they would have had to have left it outside. However they worked to ensure that this didn't happen.

Easy to organise, on time, friendly, efiicient. Would certainly recommend and use them again.

Caused Damage

Caused damage to a suitcase and decided to hide the damage by placing broken handle in washing hamper. Also damaged polished floorboards and decided to hide by placing chair over scratch. 

The inability to take ownership or responsibility for damage and rude email topped it all off.

We very rarely leave negative feedback but decided that this was our only recourse after we gave you guys every opportunity to make things right.

Settlement was delayed and I couldn't get access to the keys to the new house, but Conroys were exceptionally flexible and happily delayed it first to later on that day and then to the next day, to fit in with my schedule. Would definitely recommend.
