The two gentlemen that moved our furniture were professional and very pleasant to deal with, the whole experience was excellent. And because of those two men, we will be recommending Conroy to anybody that mentions removalling
Extremely Professional
The two staff who did the move were extremely professional, polite and respectful of my belongings and properties. Even asking to use the toilet and water from the tap. No complaints about the stupidly steep driveway or the stairs to get my stuff out. Legends
So the two movers did "technically" do their jobs in a satisfactory manner. However, my building management said that the fellows were very and this is their wording "arrogant", I think this is a bit strong. They did the job, they were not very pleasant, the driver especially, was very abrupt and difficult to communicate with in any way. The other fellow made an effort to be nice but varied between being exceedlingly cool and civil. I do know they were not happy when they had to put the boxes back in the truck and take it to the proper entrance I did call them back but they did not answer their phone. I told them as soon as I found them and directed them to the correct entrance. I will have another move arriving in early 2024 and would prefer a different team if at all possible. The administration has been very good and overall I have no complaints. My movers who started this move in the US have some work to do but communication with Conroy's has been good, and I thank you for that.
Great Sense Of Humor
Dennis & Jermaine were great in Brisbane packing up all our stuff_& there was lots of it! In Townsville, we had Kale & J.J & they were fantastic. Nothing broken & I'm very happy with the attention to detail. They all had a great sense of humor.
Very Impressed
The crew was awesome and very profesional , very impressed with the excelent service.
The Townsville delivery crew were awesome ;The Melbourne crew didn't label a lot of the boxes which made it difficult to find things
The only issue was the leather lounge suite was not wrapped or covered whilst in storage. The suite was dusty and the fabric cover on the bottom of both suits deteriorated to the extent that they need to be replaced. Very disappointed as this was the most expensive item packed and stored and we expected greater care to be taken.
Very Impressive!!
Dave Angelini organised an urgent removal at very short notice. The removal team turned up on time and did a great job moving some heavy tool boxes and workbenches from one workshop to another. I am very satisfied at the quick response and professionalism of Conroy Removals. The communication from my 1st contact with Dave through to the confirmation that the job was complete was above my expectations. Very Impressive!!! Thanks to everyone involved at Conroy for making this a pain free move.
We have used the service of Conroy several times now, including an international move.
We return because of the exceptional service of their staff: they are polite, punctual, hard working and absolutely wonderful to deal with.
They make the moving day easy, in our case picking up our household items but also packing up our entire kitchen, taking great care of all our glassware and porcelain.All items of our household were delivered as requested, no damage and all in order.
