Easy to organise, on time, friendly, efiicient. Would certainly recommend and use them again.
Caused Damage
Caused damage to a suitcase and decided to hide the damage by placing broken handle in washing hamper. Also damaged polished floorboards and decided to hide by placing chair over scratch.
The inability to take ownership or responsibility for damage and rude email topped it all off.
We very rarely leave negative feedback but decided that this was our only recourse after we gave you guys every opportunity to make things right.

Excellent from start to finish arrived
Exceptionally Flexible
Settlement was delayed and I couldn't get access to the keys to the new house, but Conroys were exceptionally flexible and happily delayed it first to later on that day and then to the next day, to fit in with my schedule. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent Service
From the time of my enquiry with Conroys in New Zealand to the pick up and delivery of my belongings in Australia, Conroys have delivered excellent service far beyond what I ever expected. They packed everything with great care and kept me informed at every stage of the move. They provided me with incredible follow up and service. I had many fragile items which I reconciled in my mind just might not make it in one piece but to my joy everything arrived in one piece undamaged in any way. They took great care of my stuff which I really apprecited. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving house to any location let alone one from country to another. Well done Conroys, your the best. Thank you for looking after me in such a professional and caring manner.
Great Fast Service
Great fast service, next time I'll move my whole house contents with your company
Very Poorly Handled
The items were very poorly handled right from the beginning. The movers did not package our items well. We moved our car to Australia and this was heavily damaged. Even though the car was insured, the amount paid by Conroy was not enough to fix the damages and I had to pay more from my pocket for the damages caused by Conroy. Many of our household goods, such as furniture, cots, and other units were either completely broken or heavily damaged. Some items we had to throw away as it is not repairable. I would definitely not recommend it. More than happy to show the proof of damages. Even though I paid Insurance for my household goods, Conroy has done nothing about the damages that were caused by them. Overall it's not the great customer service I have experienced and is very disappointing service.
Polite & efficient team.
Arrived 2 hours after stated time. (After we had made big changes to our schedule to accommodate a 7.30 am arrival) so they could "get McDonalds"
Didn't pack up and take boxes and plastic as promised
Kept contacting other family members with updates when we gave a specific number to call.
Invoiced us twice for a months storage we had paid for
The movers were friendly and efficient so far everything has arrived in good order
