The whole moving experience from initial quote to uplift, to medium term storage to final delivery of all furniture, household goods & precious artwork has been exceptional. The moving/packing teams on both ends of the process were respectful, diligent and highly experienced. Conroy's admin & support personnel managed the whole project & its processes seamlessly & their communication was some of the best I've experienced.
A bit disappointed the move wasn't done in one day. First day the two guys were caring and efficient. The three different guys on second day weren't so careful with my antiques and a couple of things were handled to my mind, a bit roughly. Three small breakages overall.
The team that delivered my storage items were prompt, checked the house for where the deliveries would be going and promptly started. They worked efficiently to get the work done.
Excellent pricing. Excellent service. Arranged quick pick up of a small in load to live interstate to suit by urgent timetable. Very flexible to work with my awkward time frames for delivery. Great crew on my the phone and with collecting and delivering. Highly recommended.
Very happy with our interstate move back in April, from Perth to Melbourne. Moved a whole household (3 bedroom) and everything arrived as is, apart from small damage to our wooden dining table. Keys Removal did the packing / move in Perth - they were fantastic!
The guys turned up on time, were very polite, and handled all of my belongings professionally. I couldn't believe how quick and organised they were. Very happy.

I can't thank the two crews enough for how efficiant and relaxed they made our move. I was feeling completley on edge as I had to pack etc by myself as my partner had already moved and was not feeling as organised or as ready as I would have liked to be. But the crew came in and assured me everything was okay and did everything so well and so carfully. Then the next day at the drop off, we again couldn't have asked for a more amazing crew, again we found the three nicest individuals whom went out of their way to make sure all was okay and that everything was placed where we wanted it. I really can't thank them all enough for alleviating all my stress and being so easy going and accomadating!
