Not much to say but they are the best 

The guys that came out were great, very quick and very efficient. The whole process from booking to the moving day was easy and had the best rates in the area. Was very impressed by the service. 

Prompt, cheerful and courteous. All items arrived safely and in good time.

I found the movers very good, professional and friendly. I have used conroy in the past, and did not shop around this time, just went straight to you.

This time, I feel like I was overcharged.   I feel like I was charged twice for the travel time, and when I tried to query this, kym was not interested in my concern,  just replies with, this is what I need to charge you.  It clearly states you need to pay travel time.

To be clear, I was not complaining about being charged for travel time, I was aware of the charge.  The driver wrote down 7.30-11am, and told me that included his travel time, because they arrived at my house at 8am.  I said, yep, no worries.  But then my invoice says 3.75hrs (not even 3.5) moving time, plus travel time.  

I feel my concern could have been addressed at time of payment, I found the office very rude and abrupt, and not willing to listen at all.  

Your team from Melbourne that helped us move into Bli Bli were absolutely fantastic.  I don't know how they had the strength to do it all!!  You need to keep them up in queensland!!!!
