Very professional and great communication all the way along nothing was too big of a deal

The whole experience was very good. Starting  with Justin who took time to go on FaceTime to assess the items to be moved, the items to be stored in the garage, the driveway access to the property. I was confident that it will be a good move.

Steve from operations was very helpful with changing dates due to delays in the tradies working on the premises. Nothing was too hard, he was very accomodating.

The removalists John, Simon, Luke and Matt were very professional, friendly and careful with the fragile items. They were punctual, called before arriving, and were very efficient at both removal and delivery.

The whole process went very smoothly, I definitely recommend Conroys Melbourne.

A bit rough picking up and dropping off our stuff. Some stuff was damage, a collectors item was missing. Pick-up group was alittle unprofessional, drop off group was better and more professional but was alittle rough with the stuff.

The boys were wonderful, professional and hard workers. I have used Conroys before so I knew I was in good hands. My goods came from German and took 5 months to get here. I was very concerned. Conroys picked up from when it arrived here. They had to unpack, put my things through quarantine and repack everything. Everything was beautifully packed despite having to be rehandled. The boys worked efficiently and really well.  Everything was unpacked in record time. Thanks guys. Eileen Mark Road.

Kim was amazing! The guys at both ends of the move were professional, friendly and very efficient! We have used you four times and wouldn't use anyone else!!
