Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to otherswhilst all the packers and movers were very pleasant, unfortunately there were damaged items:
3 broken items - 2 ornaments during packing and 1 cabinet leg (waiting for one of your guys to return it as he kindly offered to take it away to repair it.)Upholstered sofas and chairs all need to be cleaned due to the amount of 'fluff' which is apparently from the packing blankets (it was raining while moving) - I think you should cover things in plastic rather than fluffy blankets which stick to every upholstered surface.
The boys were efficient and helpful. Very happy with the effort and work put in. Worth every cent!

YES!!! Absolutely, the guys that loaded and moved my stuff ( in Townsville) were great, they were friendly and they did an amazing job! Well done Lads. I will most definitely recommend Conroys to any of my friends and colleagues who are needing a removal service. Good pricing too!! :)
Stress free move and the guys were awesome
Service was excellent. I was kept informed all way through and the two men who moved my furniture were very good. Most grateful to all.
(1) Generally very happy with the job and work done by Conroys in moving my home.
(2) All part of Conroys: from sales; to drivers and loading hands; were very responsive to my enquiries
(3) Disappointed that pick up and delivery locations were not adequately surveyed for access - this risk was not well managed in my view (for either myself or Conroys)
(4) For the pick up, there were 2 men: the driver and the loading hand - the driver was doing intentory and labelling most of the time, which left a single loading hand to load the vast majority of stuff by himself - this, in my view increased the risk of damage to my stuff and injury to the loading hand.
(5) The biggest problem I had is with the labels used for inventory, which can only be removed with considereable time - the removal of which is causing some damage to some of my stuff. These labels are stupid, in my view - they take 5 secs to put on and 5 to 10minutes to take off (it takes 8 to 16 hours to take off 100 labels). The adhesive is one issue, but the paper backing of the label is a bigger issue - it is so thin, it almost impossible to remove without tearing.
The guys were absolutely amazing. They were so careful and patient with our furniture and us. Thank you
