Packing and delivery was excellent. After-delivery service is terrible. We have over 20 empty boxs awaiting collection. No response from operations.

Very professional
Our pick up was farmed out to an affiliate company at the last minute. On the morning the truck was an hour late and only the driver on board who stated they had 7 workers book off sick and he would be doing the move on his own. We have very heavy timber furniture which I helped him with which I didn't mind too much but then he dragged a heavy very expensive side board across tiles breaking off a chunk of timber holding one of the feet. When he dismantled the timber bed frame he used a hammer smashing chunks of timber off the frame before realising there were more screws to be removed. He worked very hard and did a good job of packing the furniture into the container as far as I could tell, just very hard on our goods. We had to leave for an hour for an appointment when our dining table was dismantled so hopefully no damage to that as it is the most expensive item in the move.
I expected more care from a supposedly reputable and large company but received service I would have expected from dodgy brothers off Gumtree.
The men who delivered were lovely but you should have more crew for unpacking and reassembly of items. Only one person was inadequate for that aspect of the service that we paid for. The property was left tidily and they were polite and professional.
The 3 guys that were sent to move our furnature were worth there weight in gold as they could not do enough and treated our items with care. Everything was so easy we needed an extra delivery which was not a problem with the help of the office girl. What a great company. Russell.
