From the quoting stage, where I was given a fair quote that actually overestimated what the outcome could be. I have previously been ripped off hundreds by being given a quote based on per hour and it not coming close to that original quote, people arriving with the wrong sized truck despite me give specs of my furtiture, I was set on getting a fixed price quote. Josie walked me through your process and sold me on the per hour, but instead of underquoting, she overquoted, which was awesome, because at the end of the job, it came in under the quoted price (for the first time in my moving life!).

This was most due to the AMAZING job the two guys were who moved my house. They were friendly while also being extremely efficient. I can't speak more highly of them! 

This is a short stop move for me - I should be moving again in about 6 months. I won't be shopping around, I'll be coming straight back to you. 

Staff were reluctant to work at a reasonable.  Too much time on phone.

From the beginning of the process Conway have kept us up to date and answered our queries promptly, making the booking quite easy. The 2 removalists arrived on time and were very polite and extremely efficient. They packed the container for storage with mathematical precision and were careful to wrap and protect all items. All this was done on a very hot day but their happy dispositions and attention to detail never wavered.

Both Dennis and Jermain were very professional and and did a great job packing and delivery of my things .
