Excellent service, Good communications, friendly staff, great workers doing the leg work looking after the furniture out/into the homes. Can't fault your business model. 

For an industry that at times has it's share of bad operators, you are a great example of how it should be done.

The removal of the empty boxes and packing material was a challenge and I had to express my dismay about it not being collected the following day as undertaken by the operations team with a different truck, apparently full the next day, and not returning for approx. 6 weeks. My complaint was acted upon by Conroy organizing a local sub-contractor which they should have done in the first instance without me having to first kick up a fuss about breach of contract.

When we received our goods we had many items broken, damaged and missing. No one would answer our calls or help us.

Pre-sales and uplift were good. 

Trying to get a response from the person who was the account manger was slow.  I ended up calling the pre-sales person to help prompt action from the account manager.  

Yet to go through the delivery portion of the service.

We encountered some issues with the move but they were addressed promptly with the operations team and were ultimately resolved.

Thank you so much Conroy and the team. Michael and boys did great job. I have moved few times in last few years and I have not experienced such a professional guys. Michael and the team were so professional and really took care of my furnitures and everything else. They did great job very efficiently and I was amazed how friendly and nice they were as well. Whatever we requested they did it without any fuss. Michael even asked before he finished and left if we wanted him to do anything else. It was such a stressful process and they made it so easy and quick. Thank you so much.

Very dissapointed with the delivery team.Whilst the eldest driver was excellent and I do not have any complaint against him whatsoever the other two left a lot to be desired.Clowning around and I expected damage to occur.Two remotes fell on the floor and they were inside drawers.Not the best at all.The 2 workers that did the uplift were excellent in every way.When I first set eyes in these two doing the delivery I could tell they were not the best.When the truck was in the complex one of them was sitting at the back of the truck whilst it was moving.Glad when they had gone.
