My move was from Hong Kong. The response re the arrival of the shipment and storage arrangement was very professional and efficient. It is the delivery which was a bit of a mess. Because I am still stuck in HK due to tthe virus a close relative of mine assisted with the delivery. In order to assist a smooth delivery in my absence I have sent through prior to the move date the packing list indicating where each box should go. This is the reason why the boxes are all numbered. Not only was this instrutcion ignored the crew proceeded to unpack the furniture outside . By removing the numbering on the boxes it not only complicated the move but also pose a risk of the furniture being damaged . They were unhelpful and in a rush . In addition they refused to assemble the pieces even though the service was confirmed by your partner here in Hong Kong. My relative has to argue to get them to do it. All I can say is the whole episode was disappointing and also affected the relationship I have with your moving partner here who guaranteed me that your company is reliable and very professinal.

The removalists took great care, were friendly and completed the move while overcoming my underestimation of the magnitude of the task.
Sharon Symons was incredible throughout, from setting up a quote for us, to booking our move, following up and making changes where needed. Nothing was too big or too hard for her and she was positive and helpful from day 1. Our removalists Leon and Darren also deserve our thanks, as they were profressional, helpful and curtious during all three of our moves.
I had treasured oarnaments broken, and legs broken off my dressing table.Your people in Australia were rough with their unpacking, Holly reported they just tipped boxex up and let the contents fall out. No woonder things were broken. The workers appeaared to be in a rush both in my case and in Holly's unpack. Very disappointing.
Have used Conroy's on numerous occasions. I don't think there is a better removalist around that is very competitive with price. Our furniture and appliances were treated with upmost care. 100 percent happy with your service
We had no issues at all. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Very happy with the service.
Thank you to the lads for a brillaint move...will be recommdedning and using this service again. What is usually a stressy time (moving home) turned into a fun an efficient day with lots of laughs.
I am so impressed with the attitude of Bill, lance, chris and luke (think that was his name) nothing was a problem when th we re was a problematic piece of furniture to get in t br e door or just the size of the move.
Last Friday they all checked we were happy and was t grt ere anything we wanted done before t by ey left. Most staff after such a long day would just want to finish but not these guys they wanted my elderly parents and I happy first.
