Efficient, Happy, Helpful crew
I was amazed how they fit a truck with inches to spare on either side. I'll always recommend Conroy's ❤️
Initially we were happy to use you. On the delivery day we had 4 very nice guys complete the delivery. An extra staff member came over and he was swearing, rushing and dropped amd damaged a piece of our furniture. All we got was "sorry about that". We also found our fabric bed head was riddled with mould amd when reported the person has not been very helpful. Said to send through photos as I did and was instructed by the removalist guys and he said they can happen. I don't understand why it wasn't wrapped better like the couches and couch cushions were. I would really like to hear back from Conroys to inform me of what action will take place for the damaged goods.
Worst experience I have ever had before, I have taken it up with the QLD Branch Manager Shannon OLeary, didnt get anywhere with him so I have escalated it to the director. Awaiting a response.
the whole experience with the CONROY TEAM was amazing, Tom couldnt be more helpful, when I was about to pull my hair out, he found another way of dealing with things, for a very difficult move, with extreme delivery address, that required a 4wd to get down the driveway, he kept me up to date during the day as to how it was all going, the gentleman that deliverd the freight did a fantastic job, walking up and down an extreme driveway to get this Kitchen into this house for assembly, YES i would most defintily recomend their services, and ABSOLUTELY YES, we will use them again, thank you so much you took a huge headache, and just made it happen :):):)
The only thing that could have been improved was the labeling and organisation of the packing. Since it was a local move it wasn't a huge issue, but if we were moving overseas that would have probably created a lot of damaged goods in transit.
Guys we're great but were a little tired on the second day. We are missing a lamp and our vacuum cleaner (all were boxed but we haven't got them here), my wife will ring Karen today.

Everything worked well. The packing was done on time by two most helpful chaps. Difficult to suggest improvements!

All in all very happy. The two guys were terrific, friendly and hard working. 2 bits of feedback. 1. a little more communication around what time the truck would get there. I had been asking multiple times for a confirmation but didn't hear until the day before. 2. we were told their would be a TV box for our flat screen but upon arrival the guys said there was one available. In the end they did a great job protecting the TV but I would be lying if I didn't say I wasn't worried given I made a point at the time of booking around a box for the TV.
They are only 2 small criticisms. We are very happy overall. Thank you.
