Fridge was damaged in truck.
Customer service prior to delivery was excellent. Delivery was not. The packers were friendly and affable however the following issues were encountered:
*no floor coverings were laid resulting in mud ground in to carpet that had been laid prior day. The floors had also been polished 3 days prior. I would have thought that this would be Conroy protocol *chunk taken out of door (which they kindly pointed out to me) *my understanding was that boxes would be unpacked 50% were
*woth two other jobs following it was a bun rush to offload my contents.
Have been a customer with Conroy for nearly 8 years now, with multiple moves across countries and many cities within Aus-NZ. Very professional and great communication. If there's any issue during the move, Conroy will go out of their way to reunite you with your belongings safe and secure. Cheers guys and girls!

The manager and staff are really easy to deal with. Always friendly and willing to help.
I was always able to access my container. Even at very short notice, the guys were able to accommodate my needs.

I am so impressed with the attitude of Bill, lance, chris and luke (think that was his name) nothing was a problem when th we re was a problematic piece of furniture to get in t br e door or just the size of the move.
Last Friday they all checked we were happy and was t grt ere anything we wanted done before t by ey left. Most staff after such a long day would just want to finish but not these guys they wanted my elderly parents and I happy first.

My move was from Hong Kong. The response re the arrival of the shipment and storage arrangement was very professional and efficient. It is the delivery which was a bit of a mess. Because I am still stuck in HK due to tthe virus a close relative of mine assisted with the delivery. In order to assist a smooth delivery in my absence I have sent through prior to the move date the packing list indicating where each box should go. This is the reason why the boxes are all numbered. Not only was this instrutcion ignored the crew proceeded to unpack the furniture outside . By removing the numbering on the boxes it not only complicated the move but also pose a risk of the furniture being damaged . They were unhelpful and in a rush . In addition they refused to assemble the pieces even though the service was confirmed by your partner here in Hong Kong. My relative has to argue to get them to do it. All I can say is the whole episode was disappointing and also affected the relationship I have with your moving partner here who guaranteed me that your company is reliable and very professinal.

The removalists took great care, were friendly and completed the move while overcoming my underestimation of the magnitude of the task.
Great job at short notice, the guys that did the job worked hard, did an awesome job and were really easy to deal with.
