Overall I am very happy with Conroe Removals. The women in the office are very helpful, and saw my account through problems from my end very nicely. A special thank you to Redy and the other delivery guys. Great job with a very kind spirit. I appreciate the good service. barbara

The initial appointment with Justin was very professional. Dealing with the admin staff and operations and booking department was awful, very unprofessional. The pick up and delivery stage of the whole process was fantastic, the two guys who picked up and delivered were fantastic and very professional and looked after our furniture very well. They did an amazing job.

As for the admin team and operations departments, they need to work on there customer service in a big way.

The removalist workers were quick and excellent.   Good attitude , helpful and friendly.   My only problem was delivery took only 2 hours and could have occurred at 2 pm on the previous day saving  overnight accommodation costs

Darren and Leon were the best movers I've had (and I have moved 7 times in 9 years including three international moves and one interstate)

Fantastic all round! Moving is always a difficult and expensive process and in the past I have managed myself in an attempt to save costs but this time I engaged a service and I am so glad I did. 

The experience as seamless, they called to arranged the pickup, showed up on time, treated all my items with care and ended up being much cheaper than it would have been for me to rent a truck and take the time off work needed to move myself. 

 

I cant recommend the team highly enough!
