The team were friendly, helpful, thoughtful, caring and a joy to work with.   I will be using your services again and requesting the same team they were that good.

We have used Conroys on a couple of occasions with our move to NZ and now back to Brisbane. Both times we have been delighted with the service your company provided both in terms of the pick up ,shipping and dleivery of our belongings and also the storage of the goods while our house was being built. Your employees were efficient and also polite.We would have no hesitation in using your services again and recommending your company to others

Strengths

  • The inital consultation with Colin was great, very professional and the team actioned our move very quickly. 
  • Customer service teams have been responsive to my queries via email and phone.
  • Insurance was left off my storage quote, hence we got a suprise when we got our first bill. The team was flexible in their approach in handlng this issue.

Weakensses 

  • Slopping packing job all round, including: 
  1. Failure to wrap our items properly has lead to a LOT of damage, if these items were wrapped we would not be having this problem and now submitting an insurance claim... Our floor lamp has been bent, scratched soiled due to careless packing & no protection, dining table legs have chucks of wood removed, sofa bed memory foam and structure of the couch is ruined, bedroom lamp base cracked, bedside table has scratches & brass has discoloured due to no protection and dining chairs have all be dented and gouged - all this damage is unrepairable and a result of poor packing and care. 
  2. Our books have been bent - felt like thrown into a box instead of well stacked 
  3. Clothes were chuck in with shoes and other items and are now completely soiled - suprised conroy does not use porter robes or pack items like suit jackets in a more nurturing way - instead there were scruched up and thrown in with all sorts of items together! 
  • Movers on pick up in Sydney were very unprofessional, aruging and swearing at each other in front of me - it is clear they did not have a good relationship.

I couldn't fault the moving experience with Conroy at all. Every aspect was perfectg and it made they move very easy for me.

The move was fuss free and easy . Great communication by supervisor Darren . The only thing I would comment is that we were under the assumption that the movers will unpack all items and lay it on flat surfaces ,however that didn't happen. Also ,they forgot to assemble our baby cot which was quite inconvenient .

I used Conroys 2 1/2 years ago for my move then. Loved the service then, love it now!

Amazing job,. The workers are hard working, focused people. Love, love. love!!!!

Regal went well, Team were very professional and careful. Was a reasonable large inventory and could have benefited from a 3 rather than 2 man team. An earlier start in the am would have been helpful to finish operations earlier. Overall very professional project and well managed/ supported from base office.
