Your team was excellent, from the time we booked until the time we were moved into our new place. We were particularly grateful for how smooth and flexible your storage options were while we found our place in Melbourne. The removalists themselves were very professional, and communication with your office was always clear and efficient.
"Nothing has been too much trouble"
Nothing has been too much trouble, very quick and helpful responses to every question asked. The removal team were so accommodating and undertook the job with no fuss and kept me updated on progress.

Blake and Isaac were both very friendly and helpful. I found one incident very disconcerting. As per quote matress protectors were to be provided for beds, unfortunately this did not happened and used my expensive Sheridan sheets as protectors. These sheets ended up being very dirty, luckily not damaged. I was also disappointed to find that the container had not been checked prior to arrival at my property to make sure it was clean and empy,, this might be because they were running late and was not at my residence until 0850am. Broken glass and dirt was inside container from a previous job. Surely they should be cleaned and maintained after each removal.

"We were very happy with the whole process"
We were very happy with the whole process, from booking the move to how things went on the day. The lads were punctual, polite and efficient. They handled all of our furniture with great care (we have a lot of heavy and delicate items) so this move was probably a little outside the usual. We were very happy with the final invoice and would certainly recommend and use Conroy Removals again.

The Two guys we had were great and fast
arrived at 7am had the truck packed by 8:06 we were in our new home by 945 job done
and well done
Adrian and Alex did a great job. Went above and beyond to ensure that our belongings were safe, secure and ultimately undamaged at delivery. Great job guys!
