Great service only point is one week later waiting for contact re damaged items but overall very friendly staff and removalist

The two men did an excellent job. They were very easy to get along with and I was very happy with their work and with the time they took to move me.

We relocated interstate and used Conroys Removals and Storage service until our new place became ready for us to move in. We found Conroys Removals to be a thoroughly professional service, friendly and attentive to the details of individual customer needs. Trustworthy and reliable - go Conroys!

Matt came to do the original inspection and then all day for the pre pack.  I expected him to be there for the move day, as he said he would be. Absolutely no issue that he wasn't but it would have been nice to get a call or even just a text from him just to say that he wouldn't be there but xxx and xxx would be looking after my move for the day.

I organised them to move a piano within the same town, on a morning before work, and the truck was 25 minutes late because they couldn't find the address. If the driver was a little more savvy with using google maps this would have been avoided. Apart from that they were very careful with the piano and were reasonably priced and quick to load and unload.
