"extremely careful with my belongings"
The crew that arrived led by Sunni, were energetic, considerate and extremely careful with my belongings. The lads were singing whilst they worked, took the stress out of my move. I lost the names of the offsiders on the truck to thank them in my review, Kim who helped me over the phone, thank you.
"most professional and obliging"
Ricky and Isaac were most professional and obliging as I moved on a muddy farm into our lovely new home. Very grateful for their care.
"The invoicing process was a bit difficult"
The invoicing process was a bit difficult to get right. It seems like part of it was done in NZ and part in Australia? If you could set up a credit card or direct debit payments that would make paying for service a lot easier.
"staff were wonderful & worked extremely hard"
The staff were wonderful & worked extremely hard. Nothing was too much for them & we had a lot of big furniture items and soooo many boxes they packed up.
"least professional move"
We have moved many times and this was probably the least professional move of them all. There were too few people on the job, they certainly worked hard but didn't seem to be particularly well trained and they were not very polite. The move was over three days and was a big rush, with quite a few broken items and minimal care for the materials or the property. Many boxes were just placed anywhere, some were even left outside.

Although one coffee table was quite scratched and my bed base had a hole in it - the move was very good.
The movers were very efficient, kind & helpful and made what could have been an unpleasant experience seamless.

"Not happy about these issues"
I had a cupboard that sustained a hole in the back of it and due to the way my spa was secured for delivery on the back of a trailer it now has 8 permanent indents on the top cover. Not happy about these issues.
"move went ok"
Overall the move went ok but I don't know why the two men decided to have a break in the cabin of the truck after just 50 mins of work with still things left to move.
My perfectly good fridge freezer no longer works and I wasn't aware that I would be charged depot to depot adding an extra hour @ $135.
Will not be recommending this service to anyone.
