We're very disappointed at the damage to our goods due to negligent handling. No care was given to boxes marked fragile some coming off upside down with some items smashed as a result. Two garden stands and urns were broken despite requests at loading to handle a them with extra care as they were extremely expensive. We discussed these concerns with your Brisbane office Amu

Everything regarding the move from the planning to the actual delivery ran smoothly. The group who delivered the goods were very professional and did a great job.

Our furniture has been in storage with Conroy for 18 months. It was delivered to our new home exactly when we requested by a couple of very personable guys who seemed to be enjoying the work - even on a stinking hot day. Everyting was placed where we wanted, and most importantly there were no breakages or storage damage. All in all, a good experience and we would recommend without hesitation to anyone.

Overall we were very happy with the removal to storage. It was a long day of about 12 hours as one man was working alone until about 10 am when another turned up after a family commitment and a third man allocated to the job did not turn up at all.

Extremely pleased with the shifting team. They were friendly, incredibly helpful and extremely hard working. No request was too much and they took incredible care with our belongings. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and nothing at all was damaged.

Great help from coordinator Sylvan to push our date forward after telling him of my heavily pregnant wife. Excellent attitude and careful removalists on the day. Great experience
