Excellent service and response rate for whole process from quoting to moving. They were extremely helpful and proactive and reassuring especially given was a "difficult" move with some items going overseas and in storage and others going to a local residence. I look forward to completion to the overseas service but feel very reassured this will be managed as well as it has been to date and that provides a lot of reassurance given the uncertainty of an international move. 

The quote/service/admin side has been excellent and continual touching base which gives me lots of comfort and have been flexible to deal with work invoices etc.

the removalists were exceptional - fast efficient friendly and careful. A real pleasure on a tough day. 

I have already recommended them to family members who are doing a big move in coming 3 months!

The confirmation email on booking and then phone call on moving day with arrival details was excellent.  The movers were personable, well dressed and polite.

Had a lot of breakages.  Some antique furniture irreplaceable.   Thank goodness took out full insurance.  Will take photos & make contact.  Would appreciate you contacting me for a discussion re breakages.

great service, particulary on delivery day.....the two guys who did our delivery were excellent....worked hard, nothing an issue, always with a smile and laugh.....full marks
