Damaged goods, lost items, poor/no communication, rough handling on delivery, multiple cancelled deliveries, disorganised dispatch, items left behind in country of origin. The worest shipping experience we have ever had and we have had lots of moving experiences.
Missing Items!
Some of our boxes are missing. All boxes transported open and unsealed from Brisbane to Gold Coast. Many boxes were only half full. A lot of personal effects still missing. Very angry at the careless and no regard given to our shipment under Conroy.

Im thrilled that there is a forum to express my absolute disappointment pertaining to this experience
Its uncanny because I still dont have my furniture or bike!!!I have been dealing with 10 different people my eta was 14 dec both took extra week off work to fly back got pushed to 17th then 19th then 21st it was picked up november 13th!!from gold coast-STILL waiting and due to fly back for work nxt week
Seriously last person i emailed never got back to me and between my family and i we have used conroys 6 times equalling around $26-28,000
No more ever and we still have another vehicle and furniture to ship
So thanks for leaving me and my kids with nothing over xmas and the apology!!!GET MY GEAR HERE

We are not happy about the service received from Conroy removals.
Firstly, the subcontractor used was not the friendliest and complained about the two loads and the handling of the boxes. When they arrived he said the guys helping him must place all the boxes and furniture in the garage and then while he fetches the second load they must unpack the furniture and move the boxes to the rooms as we indicate to them to do so. When he arrived back they were not complete and he had a 'tantrum' as now everything is being double moved, but the first load was offloaded as per his instructions. We eventually managed to calm down the situation but by that time my wife was very upset, and that with all the emotions of receiving our goods last seen on 07/09/2018. It was not a nice experience for us at all.
Secondly, a large number of boxes were checked by customs and these were very poorly resealed. We did have damage to quite a few items and the thing is all the damages were items that were resealed as well as other items that were damaged either with the offloading and storage or on the delivery and offloading to our address. The items are as follows; 1. Our TV seems to have been dropped on the one corner causing some damage to the screen and functionality. 2. The lid of a large timber box was completely broken out of its hinges, this most likely happened when it was opened for the customs check. 3. Timber bench head top damaged and loose. 4. Table leg completely broken and possibly irreparable, This table must have been dropped from a height to have caused this damage. 5. There are numerous other smaller items damaged and all of these were in the boxes checked by customs.
Thirdly, We were not given a list to check off the items while they were being off loaded from the truck, so to be honest with us we had 255 or so number items and boxes and unless you have a list to check it is impossible to know if we had received all the boxes. We were only given a checked list once everything was offloaded.
I will be sending a copy of this to Dave from CargoPak as well.
We were initially not going to complain, but I thought that it needs to be brought under your and Dave's attention. We paid a huge amount of money for this move and then all the extra charges that we had not budgeted for here in Australia from Conroy, did not make us feel happy at all. We were not informed of additional costs for delivery above a certain distance and did raise our concern with your Brisbane office regarding this. I will provide further details should you contact me.
We personally thought there were a lot of add on cost never given and or explained to us before our move when we were dealing with CargoPak, and I realise it was an oversite from their side, but on numerous occasions Megan told us she did communicate directly with Dave and that Dave never got back to her regarding her queries and that we need to pay and that she will sort it out with Dave, up to now we have not received any feedback from either herself and or Dave regarding all the extra costs that we were never notified about by CargoPak beforehand and could have budgeted for.

Awful AND very expensive.Tried to get us to change our date. Didn't give us enough men on the day. Careless and inconsiderate with our goods resulting in mutiple breakages and irrepairable damages. Very relaxed concern to accept responsibility for staff shoddy handling from upper m

Still waiting after 5 months
Not delivered yet
Our boxes have not been delivered. I followed the link on your courier link and they have refused to collect/deliver the boxes as they exceed their parameters.
I have not been contact by your company reference to this.
The weight and size of the boxes has been available for months so I am surprised.
Can someone please respond to my feed back.

"Multiple items missing and damaged"
Multiple items missing and damaged. Have emailede-a complaint but would appreciate contact asap as there is well over a thousand dollars worth of items missing or damaged .

It was 9 weeks between our stuff landing in Melbourne and being delivered in Sydney. Shame on you!!
So much inconveniences to us
This was my worst move ever . I was under impression that there could be some overfill . The staff who came on first day only did in the morning and didn’t complete as expected . The second day staff expressed their disappointment regarding first day packing . Second day they had to do lot in a rush and towards evening there was overfill items . I did request them to pack the important items in the first container and also asked them to keep the safe tool package for assembling purpose . But when we received the first container lots of important things were missing . No proper inventory given . They informed me that some main parts of bedding are in other container . These are the main bedroom furnitures and I have no clue why this should be in overfill container ? There had been a significant delay and until now we are sleeping with mattress on floor . Another big mattress yet to come . They couldn’t assemble bcos of tool kit missing . Big wardrobe fully dismantled and very bad in shape . They have not helped us in reassembling so far . So much inconveniences to us . Very disappointed.

I am so disappointed with the lack of empathy to the damage of my goods and to pay 3500 or insurance I think it was for your not being paid out for it because you packed it but everything I packed was safe except for one item most of the things that were packed by conroys were damaged. Went have been through the boxes and still no welder or welding helmet so that is why I have given you this poor review
Very unproffessional/ill-equiped. Not enough time/manpower assigned for the job.
We had to complete the unpacking, a service that we had paid for!!
