It would be remiss of me to provide any better rating as you still have our container with you and no delivery or service has therefore been provided to date.
I look forward to receiving my container soon.

1 month Later Than Expected
1 month later than expected delivery date and although it was cleared before Christmas didnt get it delivered. Didnt even bother to let us know what the staus was and it was only through our phone calls that we were knew what was happening. Girl we were dealing with wasnt very helpful at all.
Poor and Incorrect Communications
Poor and incorrect communications initially up to production team involvement. We waited 75 days for our shipment and was then told it would take another 30 days for Conroy to deliver. The productions team manager was however incredible and made an effective plan to deliver the next day instead of the planned additional 30 days, delivery went well.
Long Delivery Time Frame
My shipment from Singapore arrived in Sydney on 2 Dec 17. Despite numerous calls to expedite, the operations side could not deliver. The shipment was not delivered to my residence in Canberra until 3 Jan 18.
As a result, my children had to sleep on inflatable mattresses over the Christmas and New Year period.
"worst removalist ever"
The worst removalist ever. Your guys where swearing and b****ing constantly about the move. My new hous walls where scratched. One cupboard was left downstairs because they could not get it upstairs. We are really unhappy with the whole experience

Very Poor Experience
I had a very poor experience with Conroy Removals. To start, the movers were late in arriving - this would not normally be a big problem, but we had 3 separate pick-up points with the eventual destination 3 hours out of Sydney, and I was driving to each of these places with the movers, and then turning around to drive the 3 hours back. By being late, this put the entire schedule out. While I understand that delays do happen, I found the Conroy team less than totally honest - they rang me to say they were late as "it has been one of those mornings". Later, the same person let slip that the van was actually late because they were picking up another customer's item(s) - why this was not disclosed to me at the time so I could plan accordingly, I do not know! We then went and did the first 2 pickups, and I left for the 3rd pickup 2.5 hours' drive out of Sydney with the movers right behind me. I arrived at 12:30 and then waited for over an hour for them. When I rang Conroy, I was told that they were slower than me because they were in a van travelling at 97 km/h not a car. I called back at 1:45 and was told that they would not be long, but were finishing up another delivery "on the way". Actually where they went was not on the way at all, but required a detour of around 1 hour's round trip and - again - I was not given the real story upfront. If I knew that was what they were doing, I would not have sat and waited for almost 90 mins but would have continued onto the final destination where I had loads to do. When I asked for an updated arrival time, the person in the office said to me that "he was having a bad day" and rang off. Shortly afterwards, I was contacted by a manager who apologised, but also did not come clean with me about what had been booked (saying that it was all news to him) - given the VERY high cost of my move, I would expect that any additional pickups and dropoffs would either be with my prior consent, or would be done after my work was completed, rather than me waiting for them to complete another job on the way. Finally, the movers picked up our 3rd set of items - we asked them to phone when they reached a particular location, which they did not do; they then called me and said they were at the destination but they were not there (I was). I waited there for another 30 mins before calling them back to find out where they were, and they said they were "waiting in the street". So overall - I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied - they wasted over 2 hours of my time, which meant I was driving 3 hours back to Sydney in peak hour traffic; they were not honest with me about the arrangements; and they repeatedly tried to fob me off with platitudes about traffic; driving speeds; bad days etc. And this was in the context of a very expensive move

Absolutely appalled that you are able to break a leg of a chair. No respect for other peoples property.
"Absolutely no care taken"
Very poorly managed from pickup in rural South Australia. Pickup and professional packing was outsourced to a company that were not informed of what they were picking up and consequently came with no packaging materials. Was informed they would repack at the depot, this obviously did not happen. Boxes arrived in NZ completely squashed and open with items falling out the sides. Absolutely no care taken. No boxes were labeled and especially not labeled as fragile and therefore many irreplaceable crockery items were broken.
"Will not be recommending conroys to anyone"
We got off to a good start with the Perth branch but for everything at NZ has been a complete shambles items delivered to a different city . Not sure wether that was the plan or not but no body informed me that was happening and then once due to arrive I had no contact to say it had arrived so I'm having to ring around to find out where the heck my stuff is, multiple items damage some unrepairable others were attempted to be repaired and brought back to me still broken !! After saying i will fix it my self no compensation was offered and the time it's taking to get the settlement we have been offered for other items is far too long .
I trusted conroys to make my move easy but it has been anything but, Will not be recommending conroys to anyone at this rate
"Communication is poor"
Communication is poor. Handover between different logistical departments is horrible. Communication was really poor. The whole process took way longer than the generally accepted norm seems to be. Communication was really bad. After many attempts to get proper service and communication going, delivery was effected with one of our boxes being delivered to the wrong client. Even after all of this communication was still horrible.
Our experience, correspondence and packing in Australia was fine. However, the lack of communication, undue stress, delay and unprofessionalism once our container reached Ireland was appalling.
