Staff Complaining
while some of your staff are good at what they do others just wish to complain about the weight of items instead of using lifting aids that are available, or ask for assistance and they do not take care in handling the goods. Our gear arrived in good order. Items were damaged as they unloaded them.
"Deeply disappointed"
20 weeks and still waiting, the Australian side of things was fantastic, well managed, constant communication and efficient service. However, the UK side of your operations have been woeful to say the least. We have only one sided communication by a person who couldn't be less interested in us as customers. They dictate dates without checking with us whether we can get time off work. When we did arrange a date the truck broke down and we were informed at 8.30 that there would be no delivery and that they would get back to us with the next free slot, that was one week ago and we still haven't had any new date dispite calling them numerous times.
Your UK agents have let you down again and have ruined what would have been a glowing review.

I have had to write a letter to GB liners to complain about your services.
"extremely frustrating"
The delay between my goods arriving in the country – 19 March – and the delivery of my goods – 27 April – was extremely frustrating and totally unexpected. The communication between Conroy and myself was exceptionally poor – I had to chase constantly for updates and no firm date was given for week. I've also asked for the rubbish to be picked up and have had no response – again something I've had to chase up.

Very poor communication, two weeks later and still awaiting a reply to my email. Cannot get hold of my account manager by phone, always going to voicemail, leaving message and no return call..

2 items missing. Others in poor condition. I haven't unpacked the cartons yet, but fear the worst for breakables, judging from the condition of the cartons.
"damage to my stuff"
I am appalled with the service since my stuff was collected and the damage to my stuff. It appears the bookcase has been dragged along the ground and is damaged. Two of the boxes were ripped open, so don't know what I've lost yet. Another boxed marked with breakable things in it was clearly thrown around as items are not broken but shattered. I packed all of my items in copious amounts of bubble wrap so it is clear no care was taken. By the way I've only opened 4 of the 16 boxes, so I hate to think what the rest of the stuff looks like. I will be making a claim for replacement of goods and sending pictures. I will not be recommending this service to anyone but if asked will tell them to go elsewhere. I was originally quoted 5-7 weeks for delivery and have waited nearly 10 weeks for damaged goods.

The container was not removed to the warehouse for 1 month.
The damage to goods was outrageous from the loading and reloading due customs, and the stacking in the barn was less than acceptable. The interest is to sell a lie as to service.
"We're very disappointed"
We're very disappointed at the damage to our goods due to negligent handling. No care was given to boxes marked fragile some coming off upside down with some items smashed as a result. Two garden stands and urns were broken despite requests at loading to handle a them with extra care as they were extremely expensive. We discussed these concerns with your Brisbane office Amu

1. My personal belongings have gone missing 2. There has been no effort to locate them 3. My goods may not have been properly counted in when received by your company. 3. My Bike Box was damaged - I am not sure yet if the bike too was damaged, I am taking in to the service store to confirm 4. The delivery personnel did not count my goods in to my apartment correctly - they were deceitful and lied about counting all of the packages they left in my apartment 5. It took far too long to scheudle delivery - I had to constantly call and email to setup delivery 6. Overall I am extremely unsatisfied with the service provided as it was highly inadequate and unprofessional
The removal people refused to assemble the furniture for me, however when packing them in Hong Kong, they said the removal people would assemble them for me. The people gave me all kinds of excuses, very unssatisfied. Would never use your service again.
