Uplift of goods done in a timely manner but at due date for drop off, goods were not loaded on the truck and I was informed that the driver did not have them to drop off. When finally delivered, 30% of my boxes were water and otherwise damaged Contents of water damaged boxes not recoverable as they were moulding
Your employees caused damage to the house we moved into and the company has done nothing to repair the damage. Every time we try to make contact to ask what is going to be done we are ignored. This company is extremely unprofessional and I would never use it again.
I had a horrible experience with Conroy Removals and I would never move with them again. I requested a quote for my belongings to be transported from NSW to QLD and requested two dates next to each other, thinking the truck would do the trip in a day or stay overnight somewhere. The Quote Acceptance I received back clearly stated those two dates for pickup and drop off, I was happy with the price. Pickup went well, the boys did a fantastic job of repacking my stuff. I waited by the door at the dropoff location for most of the day expecting my belongings, per the Quote Accceptance supplied by Conroy. When I tried to phone Conroy there was no answer multiple times when choosing the 'current booking' option, when choosing 'sales' I was able to get through. A customer service representative scoffed and basically laughed at the fact I thought my belongings were on the way, she advised they were travelling by rail and in a storage shed somewhere, that they wouldnt be coming to me for over a month. This was distressing as I had things I was expecting to have available to me that I would now have to go without. The rep was able to bring it forward so it was only another 2.5 weeks until delivery. I was also invited to travel 100+km to their depot and get a carload of boxes or pay for my own truck to transport everything. The boys in operations at depot and delivery were great.

I also took pictures and sent them to Holland to show how my boxes were treated with fragile things in there.
Especially one of the man was creepy and rude.
I had a terrible experience. I was promised a delivery date by two people however my things weren't delieved on this date. When I wanted to have this rectified I spoke to the manager who did not assist at all. Terrible customer service all around.
Poor managing and customer service. Nobody seemed to be responsible for our requests. We had to enquire multiple times concerning whether and when the personal effects will be delivered to our domicile. We couldn't be sure when we will get hold of our personal effects until they were eventually delivered. We also lodged a formal complaint with Ryan whose written response is still outstanding. All in all customer service was very disappointing. As we have had to relocate many times for work we know what we are talking about.
Truck driver showed up early 3 hours early refused to drive the truck up to the house so had to fairy them down to the truck if it wasn't for the fact that our Ute was their they said that they wore going to leave showed up with said here only 120 tickets when they wore told that more might be needed no help when trying to get it sorted also was told by John that they usually send someone to check what is being sent didn't get that had to leave stuff that we wanted to take from the garage cause they used tickets on everything truck drivers from Perth end told us that they always should have a spare ticket roll so their was no excuse to not take the garage stuff
My 11 box's that were supossed to arrive towards the end of Feb and only just came last Friday . It was always me who had to call you to see where my box's were and i always had another excuse why they would be delayed another X weeks. Sorry but it's not good enough for a large company when people are depending on goods arriving to work and personal items such as clothes. ( Massive inconvenience ).
