My delivery has not yet be delivered. It arrived in country 25 Jan 2025. My items are still sitting at the ports and has not been released for some unknown reason.
The pack up to be shipped was a fast transaction and I was very pleased on how it was handle.

The team in Brisbane was great both before and during uplift. We are now waiting for word on an item that has been "lost". Operations in Melbourne doesn't always answer their phone and takes a long time to return phone calls. I understood that the container was exclusively ours and it was quite full at uplift but some of our items were offloaded elswhere. I should have insisted on locking the container at uplift and keeping the keys! The delivery guys were almost running as they were unloading and I was expected to keep up marking off multiple item numbers as they brought them in. It was stressful and became overwhleming and I had a "run in" with the leader as a result. If anything had been damaged I had no hope of inspecting anything at the speed they were going. Fortunately he slowed down after we discussed it. In his favour - nothing was damaged despite his speed. The "customer expereince" however was less than ideal.

My goods got cleared by customs/inspection etc. early January. Took you guys three weeks to deliver my goods after several phone calls. Had some phone calls where people were quite rude. Not having any replies from the Sydney branch was frustrating. However, appreciate the boys who delivered the goods as they were very careful with everything and efficient.

Our delivery was arranged for 7am. No one turned up and I rang Conroy at 9am. Turns out the delivery booking was lost in the system and hadn't been arranged. Delivery was rearranged for the following day however no compensation was offered.

Men used filthy trolleys that left track marks on freshly cleaned carpets....poorly packed goods, many items broken/ damaged. Placed stickers in prominent places on items so when removed from timber furniture took a layer of colour/varnish off. No inventory given to myself. Left goods in various places throughout home. Very poor standards.

Great start to the moving journey, however a clear disconnect from origin to arrival. Origina stated they would handle certain things and then upon arrival I was being followed up for documentation that I had already provided to origin team. The delivery nearly left without confirming how many items there was meant to be.

Communication came through many different mediums including some that look very much like scams so was confusing! Minimal update on actual time of delivery especially after clearing customs, I heard nothing!

Was confusing information over the date of each part of the delivery. Dates were contradictory making it harder to tell what date or the box arrival was correct - was confusing. There needs to be more clearer information about the real dates.
It was ok.
