Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersIm not sure how many smoke breaks people need on a shift but the smoke breaks seem to be excessive. My microwave was left behind.
Marketing material is a bit misleading. There's still a fair ammount of time to be spent by the customer sorting out paperwork.
Boxes sem to have a rough trip but luckily we haven't found any items significantly damaged (yet).
Transit time was longer than estimated (expected), but was hoping for better than usual container filling time as we were told "how busy it was" by those picking up.
Overall service met expectations but didn't exceed them in any way. I'd recomend Conroy only due to it's better the devil you know than the one you don't.

Great communication
My experience was with Conroy removals was fine. I think you did a good job with the dates for pickup and delivery. However, one of my items has broken (chipped study table, draws won't go back in - I only noticed the draws today as I was opening them). I only had a few items and it was an interstate move. So makes me abit worried if I was to do bigger move if my items would be ruined.
Two ornaments and a clock were broken. I discovered that my sheets and pillows had been used for packing around fragile items. I was very annoyed at this, and had I known, would not have allowed it. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory, except that we are still waiting for the packing boxes and paper packaging to be removed, as was promised.
The New Zealand end was very good and efficient . But since our goods were cleared at Brisane on the 13 June 22 communication was not good . We are still waiting for our shipment to arrive to us , it is now 19 July and still waiting !!

A bit rough picking up and dropping off our stuff. Some stuff was damage, a collectors item was missing. Pick-up group was alittle unprofessional, drop off group was better and more professional but was alittle rough with the stuff.

I have waited a bit to send this as I have been a bit upset about the move sorry.
The service we recieved prior to the move was excellent and I would like to thank everyone involved.
The day of the move was very different though. The driver Dave complained from statrt to finish. His offsder was good. Dave swore continuously in front of my wife and daughter. He damaged the front lawn of my house and the neighbours nature strip while moving the truck. I had put coverings on the floor to save the carpets from damage but he removed them and consequently the carperts were filthy and we had to have them steam cleaned. He didnt get everyting into the container and packed items from the garage that were not supposed to go, so there were items stowed in the hungry box as per page 6 of the inventory and marked left off load. I dont know what has happened to these items, are they in storage in Perth?
